4 Foods That Have a High Protein for Your Post Workouts

I am sure many people will find a foods that have a good protein. I will tell you that many foods you can get on the market to meet your daily protein.

1. Eggs

Why egg? This food so familiar for many people. One egg have 12.6g protein (Source:wikipedia). So, you don't need to buy a supplement if you don't have enough money. Remember, don't forget to boil the egg before you eat it.

2. Almonds

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture Nutrient Data Laboratory, one almond contains 0.25 grams of protein. Therefore, eating 10 almonds provides you with about 2.5 grams of protein. One portion, or serving size, of almonds is usually 1 ounce, which is equivalent to about 23 whole almonds. A full 1-ounce portion of almonds provides you with a little less than 6 grams of protein. 4. Fish

Fish high in protein per fillet(3oz or 85g): Tuna provides 22g, Salmon provides 22g, Halibut provides 22g, Snapper provides 22g, Perch provides 21g, Flounder and Sole provides 21g, Cod provides 20g, Tilapia provides 17g.
