1. Don't train your bicep everyday. Make a schedule for every muscle you train, because your muscle need to recover it conditions about 24 - 48 hours. Example to schedule your train, at monday you train a bicep, tricep, and shoulder, than at tuesday you train your chest and back, and at wednesday you train your leg and abs, at thursday you need a rest. But you can make your schedule by your self.
2. Don't staying up late. You need enough sleep because your body need to rest, while you sleeping your muscle is in recovering process.
3. You do a wrong technique when you train your bicep. Doing a wrong technique when you train your bicep will make your bicep doesn't grow. Look at the video below, Scott Herman will guide you how to train your bicep by right technique.
I think only three reasons why your bicep doesn't grow. I hope you can do a right technique and you can train your bicep by right and get your big bicep sooner or later.
